The Sacramento County, California, online Tax-Defaulted Property Sale will take place May 18-May 19. Deposits are no longer being accepted; the deadline was 5/8/2026 5:00 PM PDT, Bidders with a valid deposit may submit bids starting on May 18 at 10:00 am, Pacific Time.

When bidding opens users with a valid deposit will be required to electronically sign off on the Terms before being able to submit bids.
